Shipping Has Begun!

Hello Backers -
We are SO HAPPY to announce that shipping to our backers in the US and Canada has been completed. Most of you should have received your tracking numbers and should be receiving your packages very soon. If any of you have any issues with your packages (as some of you have already), please message me and we'll get it sorted for you. With so many packages going out all at once from the fulfillment center, there are bound to be a few hiccups, but we'll take care of it.
For our backers in the UK, EU and International, I've been informed that GamesQuest is in the process of getting everything packaged and shipped out soon. We had to get in line behind some other orders, but we are at the head of the line now.
For those of you who ordered the 'Have A Nice Triple' bundle, live in Washington State, or have chosen the Local Pickup option, we will be handling that shipping and delivery ourselves. We are awaiting to receive several cartons from our fulfillment center so that we can autograph some copies, package up the local pickup bundles and take care of the orders of our friends and neighbors. As soon as the cartons arrive, we'll begin the delivery and shipping process (and we'll even throw in some bonus material with our thanks for being so patient!)
And, once you receive the game and have had a chance to play it, we'd LOVE to hear what you think. This is only the first hop in a very long journey and we're thrilled that you have been with us from the beginning!

Patience Has Paid Off! Shipping Will Begin Soon!

Hello Backers!
We want to THANK YOU all so much for your support, your encouragement and your patience as we have been getting all of this freight and customs madness all sorted out.
The GREAT NEWS is that the games have arrived at both our US and UK distribution centers and will soon be sorted, boxed, labeled and shipped out to all of our backers. I'm not entirely sure how tracking numbers will work from this point and whether or not my fulfillment centers will use the email you have on file to send you updates, but I will find out more as the games get sorted and keep you all updated.
For backers in Washington State and those of you who will be getting LOCAL PICKUP, we have requested that our fulfillment center ship us several cartons of games so that we can personally fulfill all of those orders. Rest assured, as soon as they arrive, we will be packaging everything up and getting the games to you ASAP.
We have also (thanks to our good friends, Angie and Damien) been able to translate our rules into both German and French. You can find all three sets of rules (English, German and French) and print them out by visiting our website www.threearchersgames.com.
We are in the middle updating our site so that all of you can send us your feedback and reviews of the game once you receive it. We already have our second card/dice game in the works and would LOVE to keep you all as backers and customers as we move ahead with our game company.
Once our fulfillment centers signal to me that shipping to all of you has started, I'll send out another update.

Flagged For Inspection--But Not Everywhere

Hello Backers -
Here's an update mainly for the US and Canadian backers. But some of this is relevant to the backers in the UK, EU and the rest of the world as well.
First the GOOD NEWS. Our games arrived at port in the UK and the US this week. So, we're super excited that soon the games will be leaving port, be put on trucks and on their way to the fulfillment centers who will then start to process and ship the orders out to all of you. I've been told that this doesn't happen immediately upon the games being delivered as they need to "get in line" behind the other orders being fulfilled. And, fair enough, we wouldn't want another company cutting in front of us once it was our turn. Once I get confirmation from both fulfillment centers that the shipping has begun, I will alert you all.
Now, for a bit of BAD NEWS, and something beyond our control. When we placed our first order, it was estimated that it would be an LCL (or less than container load) meaning our initial shipment was not large enough to fill up a whole container. So, we are sharing space with other products bound for the same port. After checking with our fulfillment center in the US to see if the game had arrived yet, I was told that the container had been 'flagged for inspection'. Apparently, they don't give you a timeline or let you know any other information on when the inspection will be done or when it will happen, so for right now, we are waiting for those inspectors to sign off on the container and then things can proceed. As far as I know, the container in the UK does not have that issue, so I've been told that they are expecting the product to arrive at their warehouse early next week and then they will be in the queue for shipment to our international backers.
So, not ideal for those of us in the US and Canada. I really wanted to get everything rolling, and get everyone their games so that all the fun can begin, but as I've learned over the past few months, patience is truly a virtue. A really annoying little virtue.
If it were up to us, we'd be at the US port, cracking open cartons, packing up the games and dropping them in the post to get them to everyone as soon as possible---but we've, once again, been told to be patient.
We really appreciate all of YOUR patience and your support. We apologize for the delay, but we assure you, once you get those pesky little rabbits in your homes, it will have been well worth the wait.

A St. Patrick's Day Update

Hello Backers -
Happy St. Patricks Day! Now that we are in the middle of March, I wanted to give you an update on the games. As I type this, they are on their way from our factory to our two fulfillment centers. As a few of you know, the fulfilment center we were planning to use in the US (FunAgain Logistics and Distribution) closed its doors in the beginning of the year which sent us scrambling to find a new fulfillment center who were also experts in Kickstarter deliveries and could match the shipping rates we had initially quoted folks when we launched the campaign. Our new US fulfillment center will be Bridge Distribution and they are primed and ready to receive the games when they arrive. They will be handling our shipping to the US and Canadian backers while our fulfillment center in the UK (Gamesquest) will be handling the order to the UK, EU countries, Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world.
On Monday, we will be sending out a BackerKit notification and charging cards for the shipping costs (and any VAT or GST taxes) so that we can prepay our fulfillment centers for all of the materials, supplies and shipping costs associated with getting the games into your hands.
We're SUPER EXCITED to have the game FINALLY be getting here and into your hands to be played and enjoyed in April. As soon as the games land and get to our fulfillment centers, I will send out another update to let you know the timeline for their arrival.

It's A Slow Boat - But It's Coming!

Hello Backers -
Just wanted to give you a quick update on One Two Many Rabbits. First, the good news--all of the games have been manufactured, boxed and cartoned and are awating transport from the factory to our fulfillment centers in the US and the UK. We were REALLY hoping to have all of the games manufactured and on the water before Chinese New Year, but the printer found an issue with a few of the bonus reward cards that we added to the final production that we had to go back and correct and, as a result, we missed that window.
The games are set to be leave the post and be shipped to our US fulfillment center starting on Feburary 23rd. From there, I've been told it takes approximately 35 days to make it across the water which puts the arrival at the tail end of March--and then the games need to be transported by truck from there. We were really hoping to get the games into everyone's hands in March, but it looks like April will be our new target date. The good news is that April already a very welcoming month when it comes to bunnies and rabbits alike, so once you get all of the Easter chocolate washed from your hands, the games should begin their journey from the fulfillment center to you.
Once the games get closer to the shipping date and we make sure that all of the shipping rates are current, to get you the best rates, then I will be sending out another BackerKit email and survery so that we can finalize the shipping charges and those who wish to have local pickup can make that selection at that time.
We're SUPER EXCITED that the games will be on their way soon and that you'll be able to have them in hand for your enjoyment. Again, we really appreciate all of the support and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out and ask. Thank you!
